Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We currently only accept Paypal as a payment method. We have found this to be the easiest, fastest and most secure way to pay. Paypal accepts all major credit cards and checking accounts. 

Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: We offer  FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders. The free shipping offer only applies to orders shipped using USPS first class mail. If you need your item expedited, we can ship via USPS Priority or Express mail. However, these options do not qualify for the free shipping. You can contact us for a price quote.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: No, sorry but at this time we only ship to the US.

Q: How are the Switch Plates made?
A: Each switchplate is handmade using the art of decoupage. This technique involves high quality images being permanently sealed to the switchplate.  Then, several layers of professional protectants are applied to the switchplate to give it a beautiful, lasting finish. We use high quality unbreakable thermoplastic plates.

Q: Is hardware included?
A: Yes, screws are included and painted to match the image as closely as possible.
